Requirements


Must have:

– Seven (7) years of healthcare experience in regulatory compliance with provider network regulations and application to managed healthcare organizations – Demonstrated experience with provider network management or regulatory provider network reporting requirements – Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of data software such as Quest Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau – Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and making decisions to improve network access – Two (2) years of supervisory experience or five (5) years of lead worker experience in assigning, instructing, planning, and reviewing the work of others – Proven ability to provide input on performance evaluations of staff – Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel – Skills in independently prioritizing tasks and meeting multiple deadlines while seeking guidance when necessary

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and supervise a team of analysts in the Provider Network Unit – Oversee hands-on analysis of complex provider network access submissions – Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify network access gaps and compliance issues – Aggregate and analyze data from various internal and external systems for accuracy – Develop and execute data queries to evaluate network access data – Produce reports and visualizations on provider network access for various stakeholders – Provide expert review and make determinations on alternative access delivery requests – Mentor team members, offering real-time guidance during analysis and project work – Coordinate with Human Resources for recruitment and onboarding of new staff – Collaborate on process improvements and documentation standards within the program
