Scrum Master with Agile and Jira expertise

Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline – Demonstrated success in developing and maturing teams or leading Agile transformations – Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile – Capability to coach and educate team members on the Scrum framework and its components – Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal abilities – Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) – Agile certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant, CTC) preferred – Strong background in Scrum/Project Management using Jira preferred – Experience in accounting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Guide teams in implementing Agile practices like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe – Organize workshops, training sessions, and retrospectives – Mentor Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership on Agile principles – Evaluate Agile maturity and suggest customized strategies – Encourage a culture of transparency, feedback, and iterative delivery – Work with stakeholders to eliminate barriers and promote change
