Requirements


Must have:

– 5 years of experience in web application testing integrated with IBM MO Series – Proficient in reviewing and interpreting business requirements, workflows, use cases, scope documents, and technical specifications to develop test procedures – Ability to formulate system test scenarios and scripts for both web and mainframe applications – Expertise in systems analysis and data validation – Comprehensive knowledge of all testing phases – Experience working across multiple environments and applications – Familiarity with testing web applications – Knowledgeable in IBM MO Series and DB2 – Capable of testing web applications that integrate with IBM MQ Series utilizing DB2 and Oracle databases – Experience coordinating testing activities with cross-functional teams – Proficiency in automation testing for web applications – Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies – Experience using JIRA – Bachelors Degree or equivalent certification is required

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze business requirements, use cases, and workflows for the external Claims Application – Conduct systems analysis and validate data – Develop system test cases based on identified business requirements – Execute and assess system test cases, verifying system behavior within web applications and mainframe interfaces, including data in Oracle and DB2 tables – Identify, classify, and document software defects through rigorous testing – Perform smoke testing, regression testing, script writing, automation testing, and full SDLC testing – Provide regular updates on work status to the QA Test Lead and Project Manager – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design test cases that align with performance, system, and user acceptance testing – Coordinate efforts with fellow system testers
