Requirements

Must have:

– 18–20 years of experience in consulting, with at least 10 years focused on utilities – Proven track record leading transformation programs valued between $30M and $90M – Deep understanding of utility operations and regulatory frameworks – Hands-on experience with digital platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and IFS – Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills – Commercial acumen and rigorous delivery discipline – Willingness to travel extensively when client needs arise – Bachelors degree required; MBA or masters degree is strongly preferred – Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic initiatives across AMI, SCADA, DERMS, ERP/EAM, and related modernization projects, managing program roadmaps and stakeholder alignment – Advance business development efforts: cultivate and expand a portfolio of business, lead pursuits, craft proposals, and ensure profitable growth in key accounts – Provide guidance to senior executives on regulatory updates, decarbonization strategies, grid modernization, customer experience, and digital operations – Publish thought leadership pieces and represent Cognizant at industry events; contribute to the development of new consulting offerings and intellectual property – Mentor and develop teams: enhance consulting talent, assist with recruitment, and bolster our community of practice
