Requirements


Must have:

– Demonstrated experience in component development and quality assurance within the automotive sector or a related field – Familiarity with root cause analysis for warranty and quality issues, specifically regarding AC compressors and AC lines – Proficiency in documentation practices and maintaining presentations related to quality issues – Ability to utilize global issue management systems, AI data analysis tools, and statistical analysis tools – Capability to conduct onsite part reviews and collaborate with suppliers or Stellantis plants – Experience in cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders, including powertrain, BIW, Aero/Thermal, and Engine Cooling – Knowledge of bench testing and vehicle reviews for issue identification and resolution – Leadership skills to facilitate meetings and implement containment strategies for quality-related problems – Understanding of product development processes and maintenance of Design Verification Plan and Records (DVPR)

Responsibilities:


  • Investigate and address warranty and quality challenges linked to the refrigerant loop – Document quality issues and create relevant presentations – Collaborate with global issue management and utilize data analysis tools – Conduct onsite reviews and coordinate visits to suppliers or Stellantis facilities – Interface with various teams to ensure comprehensive solutions are implemented – Support bench-level testing and vehicle assessments to identify and resolve critical issues – Lead meetings focused on quality concerns pertaining to the refrigerant loop – Implement containment actions for identified quality issues – Participate in product development and oversee Maintenance of DVPR as necessary
