Requirements

Must have:

– Extensive hands-on expertise in RAN, LTE Core, and 5G Core – Proven experience with carrier-grade networking – Proficient in routing and switching technologies – Competence in troubleshooting across OSI Layers 1–7 – Strong background in packet analysis and lab work – Experience collaborating with major telecom vendors, such as Ericsson – Exceptional communication and teamwork skills – Demonstrated proactive ownership in resolving complex network challenges

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end troubleshooting of wireless network issues – Collaborate closely with on-site teams to address technical challenges – Oversee and manage complex projects within our wireless network infrastructure – Engage in hands-on engineering tasks to ensure optimal network performance – Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the telecom industry
