SoC Architect – Technical Specialist

Requirements

Must have:

– Proven experience in System-on-Chip (SoC) development – Expertise in micro-architecture design – Strong background in system-level analysis – Knowledge of ADAS and Infotainment systems – Familiarity with ISO26262 and cybersecurity compliance – Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams – Experience with ARM, RISC-V, GPU, DSP, ISP, NPU, NOC, MMA, and accelerators – Strong communication skills for technical discussions with suppliers and partners

Responsibilities:

• Define the SoC architecture for Central Compute ECU hardware, focusing on advanced driver assistance systems and infotainment – Convert high-level system requirements into comprehensive specifications for compute, memory, interconnects, and interfaces at the SoC level – Work alongside software teams to ensure optimization of hardware regarding performance, power, reliability, and cost – Provide guidance on SoC intellectual property blocks and design decisions – Act as a representative for Stellantis during technical discussions with suppliers and partners – Ensure compliance with ISO26262 standards and cybersecurity protocols – Assist hardware engineering teams in design, architecture, and ECU development processes – Promote innovation in future SoC architecture, including chiplets, high-speed interconnects, and sophisticated memory solutions
