Requirements

Must have:

– Extensive hands-on experience in end-to-end system design and integration – In-depth knowledge of vehicle access technologies, including keyless entry, passive entry/passive start (PEPS), immobilizers, smart keys, and digital access solutions – Strong proficiency in system-level engineering, security, and compliance with automotive standards – Solid understanding of RF, NFC, Bluetooth, and UWB technologies – Familiarity with cryptographic techniques and anti-theft protection – Experience with RF electronics, antenna design, and low-power hardware design – Expertise in communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, BLE, NFC, and UWB – Knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434 and related cybersecurity standards – Proficiency in RF test equipment and validation tools

Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop comprehensive system architecture for vehicle access solutions – Establish key design specifications and documentation for access systems – Ensure secure communication between vehicle ECUs and access devices – Lead the integration of hardware and software components in vehicle platforms – Oversee system-level validation across various environmental conditions – Implement advanced security measures for user authentication – Ensure adherence to global automotive security standards – Conduct testing for functionality, durability, and cybersecurity – Analyze RF performance and optimize antenna placement – Research and explore emerging access technologies for continuous improvement
