Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience – Minimum of five (5) years of pertinent IT experience – At least two (2) years of experience in solution architecture – Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices across modules such as CMDB, Discovery, and Service Management – Prior experience working with agile teams and methodologies is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the overall solution architecture strategy and roadmap for business projects – Act as an architectural guide for cross-functional solution delivery, ensuring cohesive, value-driven designs – Engage with business stakeholders and architectural teams to facilitate solution integration – Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business and architectural strategies – Promote data integrity and governance through process evolution and adoption – Mentor teams on solution architecture best practices across various architecture domains – Address complex integration challenges across systems and applications – Design interfaces for data reuse, including end-user reports and APIs – Represent solution architecture in strategic discussions, collaborating with IT and Cybersecurity teams – Align business needs with technical implementation to effectively solve core business challenges
