Job Summary and Qualifications

The Senior Product Analyst, TA Tech serves as a key technical resource supporting Salesforce and related Talent Acquisition systems. In this role, you will provide day to day Salesforce administration, troubleshoot system issues, support end users, and partner with IT, HR, and vendor teams to optimize workflows and enhance recruiter productivity. You will gather requirements, lead configuration updates, perform testing, and ensure the overall health and functionality of TA technologies. You’ll also collaborate with recruitment leadership, marketing, HRIS, IT&S, and external vendors to deliver successful system enhancements and long term roadmap initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for Salesforce and TA systems.

  • Provide day to day administration, troubleshooting, and end user support.

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; manage projects from start to finish.

  • Support the development of the Talent Technology roadmap and coordinate cross functional initiatives.

  • Partner with Salesforce Developers to deliver enhancements and manage complex change requests.

  • Maintain data integrity, conduct routine audits, and support cleanup activities.

  • Analyze opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved system performance.

  • Document processes and best practices; ensure alignment with industry standards.

  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve usability issues and support release processes.

  • Manage digital content publishing and improve online presence for applicants.

  • Stay current on emerging technologies and participate in professional development.

  • Demonstrate and support organizational mission, values, and Code of Conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, required.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
