What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Enter, update, and verify Patient Referral Data into various systems for use by all personnel
• Review and verify data entered into the database to ensure accuracy
• Process all faxes in a timely and efficient manner
• Confirm that medical scripts and referral documentation have the correct procedures listed
• Communicate effectively with Center employees if additional information is needed to process requests

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service/data entry, preferably in healthcare
• Proficient speed and accuracy with data entry, achieving 9,000+ KSPH
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a problem solver with teamwork capabilities
• Strong ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
