What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Enter, update, and verify Patient Referral Data into various systems for use by all personnel
- Review and verify data entered into the database to ensure accuracy
- Process all faxes in a timely and efficient manner
- Confirm that medical scripts and referral documentation have the correct procedures listed
- Communicate effectively with Center employees if additional information is needed to process requests
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service/data entry, preferably in healthcare
- Proficient speed and accuracy with data entry, achieving 9,000+ KSPH
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a problem solver with teamwork capabilities
- Strong ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
- Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
