• Apply practical field experience to create realistic scenarios and tasks
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI understanding of community health practices
• Review and refine task content for clarity, relevance, and accuracy
• Collaborate asynchronously with researchers through structured written input

Requirements

• Strong experience working as a Community Health Worker
• Strong experience applying community health practices in real-world settings
• Ability to translate job-specific knowledge into clear, structured questions
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
