What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze processes targeted by senior management and identify opportunities for improvement
• Monitor and maintain established applications while coordinating enhancement requests
• Communicate feature and business requests to the product team as necessary
• Compile and distribute reports on application utilization and adoption
• Conduct research to analyze trends and potential resolutions of inquiries from other departments regarding patient accounts

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Associate Degree from an accredited college is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of work-related experience in healthcare administration, inventory, or supply chain
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas
• Experience with SQL/Power BI
• Exact job experience in a Medicare certified HME environment
