Job Description Visa Requirement: This position is open only to candidates authorized to work in the United States under the following visa categories: H4-EAD, Green Card Holder, GC-EAD, U.S. Citizen, L2s, L2-EAD, or J2-EAD. No other visa types are eligible for this role.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Senior Engineer with 9 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise with modern Java frameworks, experience in event-driven architectures, and solid exposure to cloud-native and containerized environments.

Primary Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and modern microservices architectures.
  • Build and support event-driven systems using Kafka and RabbitMQ for asynchronous messaging and streaming.
  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, performance tuning, and data modeling.
  • Develop and deploy applications on Kubernetes, managing containerized workloads and environments.
  • Use Helm for Kubernetes package management and application deployments.
  • Manage builds and dependencies using Gradle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and architecture.

Nice To Have / Additional Skills:

  • Experience working with AWS cloud services and OpenShift (OCP) environments.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
  • Experience with Liquibase for database version control and schema migrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native DevOps practices and automation.

Qualifications:

  • 9 years of professional experience in full-stack or backend-focused software development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
  • Proven experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration.
  • Experience with AWS and/or OpenShift (OCP) is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
