Role Responsibilities

• Review and audit Japanese-language AI outputs across audio and text-based tasks
• Evaluate translations, summaries, Q&A responses, and reasoning outputs for accuracy and fluency
• Apply structured evaluation rubrics (8–10 criteria) covering clarity, correctness, consistency, and cultural appropriateness
• Check translation accuracy between Japanese and English, ensuring semantic fidelity and natural phrasing
• Identify grammatical, stylistic, register-based, and cultural errors
• Assess logical reasoning within Japanese-language explanations and flag gaps or inconsistencies
• Provide clear, concise written feedback to justify evaluation decisions
• Work independently and asynchronously using provided tools and workflows

Requirements

• Strong English reading and writing ability
• Experience in Japanese–English translation, proofreading, or linguistic quality review
• Familiarity with text evaluation, annotation, content moderation, or similar tasks
• High attention to detail and ability to follow complex evaluation guidelines
• Comfortable working remotely in an independent, structured environment
