- Understanding of digital/technology transformations
- Experience with enterprise tools like ServiceNow, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence
- Familiarity with organizational psychology or behavior science
- Experience in regulatory/compliance driven industries (e.g., BFSI, healthcare)
++Roles & Responsibilities:++
- User Migration Assessment & Planning

Conduct a detailed analysis of all users impacted by the migration

Develop a phased user migration plan based on:
-
Work closely with global VAP regional leads to:
-
Align on migration phases
-
Secure buy in
-
Finalize timelines aligned with Visa’s migration deadlines
-
Maintain a comprehensive migration roadmap with dependency mapping, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Regional Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
-
Act as the primary change management contact for one assigned region (NA, LAC, AP, CEMEA, or EU).

Partner with regional leads to plan and coordinate:

UAT and testing activities
-
Issue tracking and remediation
-
Post testing validation
-
Ensure clear, actionable communication flows between regional leads, the central project team, and technical teams.
- Communications & Engagement Management

Develop and deliver region specific communication plans, including:

User announcements
-
Migration readiness updates
-
Policy or feature change communications
-
Pre and post migration advisories
-
Coordinate creation, scheduling, and execution of:
-
Webinars
-
Town halls
-
User-facing demos
-
FAQ sessions
-
Build and maintain a clear communication calendar to support timely rollout of updates.

- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Change Manager to lead regional and global change-management activities for a large-scale BI migration program. This role is responsible for user migration planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, and end user support across multiple regions.
- The ideal candidate has strong experience in managing complex change initiatives, driving user adoption, coordinating across time zones, and executing structured migration and communication plans at enterprise scale.
