Requirements


Must have:

– Minimum of 5 years in marketing technology, product management, or equivalent roles in a large B2C environment, with a solid grasp of operations and platform functionalities. – Demonstrated experience overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and enhancement, while ensuring stakeholder alignment across marketing, technology, and business divisions. – At least 3 years in an Agile product management capacity; familiarity with SAFe methodology is advantageous. – Strong understanding of marketing platforms and personalization tools, including Content Supply Chain, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Message Center (or similar platforms such as Salesforce). – Knowledge of databases, data flows, and SQL. – Ability to translate consumer marketing strategies into product and technological solutions. – Proficient in articulating vision, concepts, and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. – Strong analytical abilities to facilitate prioritization and decision-making guided by data. – Proven ability to manage complex systems and complete projects within set deadlines. – Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and roadmap strategy. – Customer experience-focused, designing solutions that boost engagement and satisfaction. – Keen attention to detail and adeptness at independently managing multiple priorities. – Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Spearhead the integration of content and decision-making capabilities to foster personalized customer experiences across various channels. – Propel the activation of centralized campaign assets utilizing platforms like Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Message Center (AMC). – Formulate and implement a cohesive roadmap that harmonizes marketing strategies, stakeholder requirements, and technical infrastructure. – Develop and communicate Experience and Platform Requirements — Convert business needs into tangible experience and platform specifications to back Minimum Lovable Products (MLPs). Identify user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluation methods for new features to enhance core platforms. Advocate for build-or-buy decisions in line with the overall experience and platform strategy. Guarantee all requirements demonstrate commitments to privacy, security, inclusivity, accessibility, sustainability, reliability, and ethical design. – Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, analytics, and operations teams to implement governance, targeting logic, and orchestration frameworks. – Ensure that all communications are compliant, consistent, and optimized for enhanced performance. – Assist in iterative roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution of significant initiatives. – Facilitate change management and provide training for end users to maximize adoption and impact. – Collaborate with privacy, security, and compliance teams to proactively address risks and ensure responsible data usage. – Promote best practices in personalization, content strategy, and marketing technology throughout the organization. – Drive cross-functional teamwork and maintain robust stakeholder management for alignment and successful initiative delivery. – Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters. – Maintain a regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights and weekends as necessary. – Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
