Must have:

– Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a closely related field plus six years of experience in this position or a related role. – Alternatively, a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a closely related field plus eight years of experience in this position or a related role. – Advanced data analysis experience using SQL, BigQuery, and Teradata (minimum 5 years). – Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker to create dashboards and analyze KPIs (minimum 5 years). – Expertise in conducting statistical analysis of A/B tests utilizing t-tests and regression techniques in Excel or Looker (minimum 4 years). – Experience with cloud-based distributed data systems like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Snowflake (minimum 1 year). – Collaborative experience in developing machine learning models such as NLP classifiers, XGBoost, and Decision Trees (minimum 4 years). – Familiarity with clustering algorithms like K-Means for segmentation and user profiling in product applications (minimum 4 years). – Conducted user behavior and clickstream analysis using SQL and internal analytics systems (minimum 3 years). – Experience with Alteryx or Google Analytics for data preprocessing and funnel analysis in onboarding workflows (minimum 1 year). – Worked with Large Language Models (LLMs) for intent recognition, content generation, or messaging optimization in digital product workflows (minimum 1 year).

Responsibilities:


  • Formulate both short-term and long-term product strategies and technical roadmaps for Seller Onboarding Registration to align with enterprise business objectives. – Assess business cases and convert business and customer needs into digital product roadmaps, engineering specifications, and system architecture documents. – Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and internal data evaluations to identify new opportunities in Seller Registration. – Perform advanced data analysis utilizing tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, BigQuery, and Looker. – Execute user research and Voice of Customer (VoC) studies to pinpoint critical seller pain points. – Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, and data science teams to develop scalable and intelligent onboarding features. – Document comprehensive product requirements for onboarding processes using scalable distributed systems. – Design machine learning models such as NLP classifiers, Neural Networks, XGBoost, Decision Trees, and LLMs to enhance onboarding workflows. – Conduct detailed product experimentation and performance evaluations, including A/B and interleaving tests. – Analyze test data with statistical methods including t-tests and regression analysis, and utilize Excel, Looker, and SQL for evaluating clickstream and behavioral data. – Monitor and analyze key operational metrics and financial KPIs to assess product performance and business effects using centralized dashboards. – Manage stakeholder discussions through structured product reviews, roadmap presentations, and prioritization frameworks. – Utilize data-driven insights for decision-making and offer strategic recommendations that align with business OKRs. – Collaborate with offshore development and analytics teams across different time zones to ensure timely delivery of technical outputs and continuous alignment with product objectives. – Define and document functional and technical requirements for intricate workflows, covering identity verification, seller risk scoring, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance, in conjunction with engineering, risk, and legal teams. – Partner with AI/ML teams to create models that personalize the seller onboarding experience through dynamic content rendering and contextual recommendations.
