Product Manager – Agile and SaaS Focus

Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors degree – Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, product management, or clinical practice (preferably in the healthcare sector) – Proven experience in negotiating with external vendors and internal teams – Proficient in collecting and analyzing financial data – Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for business needs (both in-state and out-of-state) – Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word (including inserting headers, page breaks, and tables) – Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (including applying themes and formatting slides) – Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including using functions, setting borders, and inserting charts)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and innovate new products, overseeing each phase until market launch – Craft and execute in-depth marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for existing products, encompassing product and pricing strategy, as well as brand management – Analyze monthly financial performance to identify trends and provide solutions for negative sales or cost issues; forecast product revenues and expenses accordingly – Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to decrease Cost of Goods by evaluating packaging and sourcing alternatives; manage inventory by minimizing surplus and optimizing SKU counts – Analyze and bid on contracts for assigned product categories in GPO and/or Integrated Delivery Networks – Create and deliver training materials for internal stakeholders and sales teams, enhancing sales tools – Conduct market research and leverage findings to drive new product developments and enhancements with a cross-functional team – Travel with the sales team to assist in converting customers to our products, ensuring timely follow-up and addressing product inquiries via email and phone
