Product Manager – Agile & SaaS
Requirements
Must have:
– Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering, or related field; higher degrees preferred – MBA is an advantage – Over 5 years of experience in capital equipment product management and business development in OEM sectors – At least 5 years of experience with spectroscopic applications and implementations – Familiarity with Process Analytical Technology (PAT) is a plus – Chemometric experience is beneficial – Strong problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail – Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Proven ability to hold oneself accountable and drive projects to completion – Ability to collaborate effectively with scientists, engineers, and clients
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure successful launches of products – Engage with sales and technical support teams through training and participation in sales events – Actively collect intelligence on industry trends, competitors, suppliers, and products – Investigate and develop new market applications within our portfolio – Collaborate on projects related to product management and liaise with other teams across the organization – Create scientifically relevant content for marketing materials and train sales teams – Conduct or arrange necessary product and application training – Perform ongoing portfolio management tasks as required – Formulate long-term product strategies and partake in financial planning for product positioning and growth – Drive initiatives to enhance revenue, profit margins, customer engagement, and market share – Lead lifecycle management for the existing product portfolio
