Senior Product Manager, Digital Solutions

Requirements

Must have:

– Over 4 years of experience in product management within a consumer technology company – A solid technical foundation, preferably in payroll software or financial services – Strong analytical abilities to make data-driven product decisions and enhance key performance metrics – Proven product/design acumen demonstrated through successful launches of innovative products – Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with executive leadership and other stakeholders – Deep empathy for users with experience in developing products tailored to their needs – Creative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges with innovative solutions

Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate the vision for a new product area – Effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes to team members, stakeholders, executive leadership, and customers – Lead a diverse group of engineers, designers, and data analysts to develop and enhance impactful customer experiences – Take full ownership of a business area and drive both financial performance and customer satisfaction – Foster a fast-paced environment that encourages product iterations and growth – Oversee a cross-functional team to build and scale product offerings
