Requirements


Must have:

– Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Customer Experience – Previous involvement in go-to-customer or GTM roles within enterprise technology or SaaS – Expert-level technical knowledge of AI agents and their use in customer support settings – Proven ability to identify and articulate revenue-generating opportunities – Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting performance metrics and dashboards – Ability to build trusted relationships across various organizational levels – Exceptional advocacy for AI adoption and customer success

Responsibilities:


  • Own the complete journey to customer success with Zendesks AI solutions, managing initial adoption through to renewal – Serve as a technical authority, providing guidance on best practices for AI solution optimization – Enhance customer experience by driving AI adoption throughout the customer journey – Utilize analytics to understand AI performance, identify risks, and recognize growth opportunities – Leverage commercial acumen to spot and act on opportunities for expansion and renewal – Establish and maintain strong, consultative relationships with customer executives – Champion the value of Zendesks AI solutions, continuously promoting customer success stories
