Senior Product Manager, Tech Focused

Requirements

Must have:

– 5+ years of proven experience in a Product Management role. – Solid technical expertise with a focus on API integrations and enterprise system connectivity. – Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong capacity to manage intricate stakeholder relationships. – Familiarity with U.S. federal tax compliance procedures and professional tax preparation workflows is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Formulating and implementing a strategic roadmap for federal government partnerships while contributing to our comprehensive commercial product vision. – Collaborating with engineering, content, and support teams to outline, prioritize, and deliver features and upgrades for government and commercial clients. – Nurturing stakeholder relationships with federal agency personnel and conducting user research to identify challenges and prioritize enhancements for maximum impact. – Overseeing integration features, including API functionalities and data exchange between our tax solutions and federal enterprise systems. – Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success, employing data-driven insights for informed decision-making and performance improvement.
