Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) – 5 years of software engineering experience, with familiarity in AI/ML concepts or platforms – Strong programming abilities in Python; knowledge of frameworks like FastAPI or Flask is advantageous – Practical experience with at least one agentic AI framework (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) through projects or internships – Understanding of containerization (Docker) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) – Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes) – Knowledge of modern LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) – Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a sense of urgency – Professionalism in handling confidential information – Value-driven mindset focused on the impact of work – Capability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines – Flexibility to collaborate with diverse global teams

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and sustain components of the agentic AI framework under senior engineers supervision – Utilize open-source AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen to create and evaluate agents for various applications – Integrate chosen open-source solutions into our agentic AI framework – Partner with product engineers to embed AI agents in customer-focused applications and internal tools – Develop clean, maintainable Python code for AI workflows, APIs, and data integration tasks – Assist in testing, debugging, and optimizing performance for AI-driven workloads – Contribute to team documentation and knowledge sharing – Fulfill responsibilities as established in annual performance reviews and goal-setting – Undertake special projects and other assignments as directed – Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
