Senior Product Manager, Trust Solutions
Requirements
Must have:
– Over 5 years of experience in product management within the technology sector – At least 3 years of expertise in Integrity/Trust & Safety/Fraud – Proven track record in establishing strategic vision and hands-on execution in specific product domains – Familiarity with iterative, agile software development and short release cycles – Strong focus on data and analytics for problem-solving, with a history of achieving results through ongoing improvement – Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams for successful project delivery across the organization – Persistence in keeping relevant issues at the forefront of stakeholder discussions and confidence in standing by key decisions – Excellent time management skills and an ability to independently prioritize tasks – Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field – Comfortable exercising discretion and independent judgment in daily responsibilities, including decision-making and evaluating options.
Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and long-term strategy for either the vertical fraud team or the horizontal platform fraud team – Create and implement a customer-centric product roadmap through effective collaboration with senior leaders, Operations, Data Science, Analytics, Design, and Engineering while balancing business interests – Convert customer and internal user requirements into precise, well-documented functional and technical specifications supported by data analysis and a thorough understanding of user needs – Collaborate closely with data analysis and engineering teams to outline project scopes, refine technological capabilities, prioritize releases, and identify new opportunities – Develop long-term monitoring, evaluation, and instrumentation systems for assessing product performance and generating insights – Build comprehensive business cases and estimate returns on investment to identify and prioritize potential opportunities – Work closely with Finance and Business Leaders to assess overall business profitability impacts.
