Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. – 1–2 years of experience in supporting AI implementation, digital transformation, or data science projects in a business context. – Demonstrated knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies with familiarity in AI tools and cybersecurity principles. – Proficiency in generative AI tools such as GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, CoPilot, and similar platforms. – Experience in designing and conducting both technical and non-technical training sessions. – An analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making and process enhancement. – Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at various levels. – Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an advisor to business users on the effective utilization of AI-generated content, including refining prompts and optimizing automation workflows. – Troubleshoot and resolve AI and workflow-related challenges, offering prompt support to maintain smooth user interactions. – Create and conduct training sessions on Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms. – Organize workshops, office hours, and webinars aimed at educating business users about AI technologies and their benefits. – Develop educational materials and resources to help employees grasp AI concepts and investigate practical applications. – Formulate use cases and prompt libraries tailored to user needs and business practices. – Monitor adoption metrics and usage statistics to evaluate effectiveness and promote ongoing improvements. – Prepare and present high-quality internal and external communications, including presentations, reports, and updates for stakeholders. – Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
