Senior Product Manager, Card Services
Requirements
Must have:
– Over 5 years of experience in product management within a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting. – Proficient in leading and addressing concerns among various stakeholders. – Strong familiarity with product development tools, SQL, web analytics, and A/B testing methodologies. – Experience in financial services and credit card programs is preferred. – Previous roles as an analyst, data analyst, or product analyst are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute key strategies for Upgrades credit card product, focusing on essential platform features and growth strategies. – Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve business challenges. – Develop new products and features complete with specifications, wireframes, and product workflows. – Work across departments to define, create, launch, and scale our product offerings. – Evaluate the effectiveness of product features and establish key performance indicators for success.
