Requirements


Must have:

– BA/BS degree – Proficiency in Mandarin and English, necessary for client support in APAC – Over 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, overseeing complete product cycles and integrating customer feedback – Extensive knowledge of the online advertising landscape, focusing on ad creation, optimization, and bidding – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data to inform product strategies and enhance performance – Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including engineering, design, and data science – Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex product ideas to diverse stakeholders – 5 years of experience in product management, particularly with ad interfaces or platform products (preferred) – Familiarity with performance ads within the Content and Service sectors such as app ads and lead generation (preferred) – Experience in dynamic environments, especially in startups or rapidly changing industries (preferred)

Responsibilities:


  • Direct the development and enhancement of features within TikTok Ads Manager, concentrating on ad creation and analytics for performance ads – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint challenges, formulate product strategies, and establish aligned objectives for Content & Service advertisers – Utilize customer insights, user research, competitor analysis, and data analytics to unveil opportunities for growth and ongoing enhancement in ad creation – Keep informed about advertising technology trends and new developments, applying this knowledge to maintain TikToks leadership in advertising solutions – Monitor and assess key product metrics to guide product decisions and foster iterative advancements in the ads platform
