Requirements

Must have:

– BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline – Over 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance – Familiarity with Digital domain projects – Proficient in tools such as Jira, ALM, qTest, Excel, and PowerPoint – Strong understanding of various software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) – Exceptional attention to detail in both documentation and communication – Previous experience in the banking sector, especially in Online Banking (preferred) – Experience working within a Lean-Agile team environment (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with QA teams, Developers, Project Managers, Lines of Business partners, and relevant teams to manage testing execution across all affected applications – Conduct testing workgroup meetings to ensure release timelines and execution goals are achieved – Monitor and ensure timely closure of all dependencies in conjunction with the project management team to uphold testing timelines – Track all aspects of testing to ensure compliance with release standards – Enforce defect management guidelines and maintain adherence to audit requirements regarding defect aging – Provide daily status updates and reports on defects and test execution to the leadership team – Prioritize issues and concerns from Lines of Business for swift resolution by technical teams – Lead triages to resolve any blocking defects – Conduct various types of testing as required, including Unit, SIT, UAT, DR, and Performance testing
