  • Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies
  • Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required

Qualifications


  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in multitasking and working efficiently under pressure
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
