We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Mascoutah, United States location. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Take accurate food orders and input them into our ordering system
  • Process cash and card transactions efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Assist in pizza preparation as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Adhere to all company policies and food safety regulations

Qualifications


  • Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to take accurate orders and handle cash transactions
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Strong multitasking abilities and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely
  • Stress management skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Food handling certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
