Senior Business Development Associate, Care Partnerships
About the Opportunity:
The organization is focused on building an accessible mental health care system by providing technology that connects people with therapists through a national network of providers accepting insurance. The program supports therapists in scaling their practices by simplifying insurance acceptance. The network includes over 60,000 mental healthcare providers serving over 1 million patients across all 50 states.
Responsibilities:
• Pitch to and understand the needs of new care partners
• Manage the sales funnel from initial prospect through launch
• Build and grow relationships with care partners’ teams and leadership, including health systems, medical clinics, and strategic partners
• Collaborate with internal teams (Strategy, Product, Operations) to deliver insights informing product and operations strategy
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in Customer Success or strategic customer-facing roles
• Deep knowledge of health system or provider group models and economics
• Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and shape strategy
• Operational excellence managing multiple high-impact customers and complex workflows
• Motivation to address challenges related to access to mental healthcare

Compensation:
• Expected base pay range is $90,440 to $133,000 depending on qualifications, experience, and location
• May be eligible for performance-based variable compensation and equity grants
• Compensation decisions consider market benchmarks, individual contributions, and potential
