Description
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and implementation of infrastructure projects in our organization. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills and demonstrated history of effectively managing intricate infrastructure projects from start to finish. The Infrastructure Project Manager will work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, vendors, and headquarters to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within the defined scope, and within the allocated budget.
. Essential Functions
Perform all activities required by project management professionals, these include:
A. Project Integration Management Activities:

  1. Develop a Project Charter
  2. Develop Project Management Plan
  3. Direct and Manage Project Execution
  4. Monitor and Control Project Work
  5. Perform Integrated Change Control
  6. Close Project or Phase
    B. Project Scope Management Activities:
  7. Support and/or Collect Business Requirements
  8. Define project scope
  9. Create Work Breakdown Structure using MS Project
  10. Verify Scope with business Stakeholders and Technical Team
  11. Control Scope
  12. Perform Risk Management
  13. Perform Issue Management
    C. Project Time Management Activities:
  14. Define and document Activities outside of the project schedule
  15. Sequence Activities and Identify Dependencies.
  16. Estimate Activity Resources through meetings with team members
  17. Estimate Activity Durations
  18. Develop project schedule
  19. Control schedule impacts
    D. Project Cost Management Activities:
  20. Estimate costs through meetings with team leaders and vendors
  21. Determine / Manage Project Budget
  22. Control Costs
    E. Human Resource Management Activities:
  23. Develop resource management plan
  24. Acquire necessary project team members
  25. Develop project team to support project deliverables
  26. Manage project team
    F. Project Communication Management Activities:
  27. Identify and document project Sponsor and Stakeholders;
  28. Develop Communication Pla
  29. Distribute information
  30. Manage Stakeholder Expectations
  31. Report Performance and Project Status
    G. Risk Project Management Activities:
  32. Plan Risk Management
  33. Identify Risks
  34. Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis
  35. Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis
  36. Plan Risk Responses
  37. Monitor and Control Risks
    H. Project Procurement Management Activities:
  38. Plan and support Procurement
  39. Conduct / support / coordinate Procurement activities.
  40. Administer Procurement
  41. Close Procurement
    I. Conduct Project Status Meetings
  42. Manage and document meetings

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fountain Valley, CA.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 – $55.00/hr.
