About the Role

As a Software Engineer in this contingent assignment, you will support and contribute to projects that drive reliable, scalable, and high-quality software delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners, analyze engineering challenges, and help deliver solutions that align with organizational standards and compliance requirements. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working on moderately complex engineering initiatives and enjoys partnering closely with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of moderately complex software engineering projects.
  • Analyze technical challenges, evaluate variable factors, and recommend solutions that support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering partners to meet technical requirements, ensuring alignment with established policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Support issue resolution by applying sound engineering judgment and best practices.
  • Partner with client engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 years of software engineering experience , or equivalent experience gained through:

  • Professional or consulting work

  • Technical training

  • Military experience

  • Relevant education
