Swoon is actively seeking anIAM /IGA Analyst to join the team.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Lead IAM/IGA application onboarding workstreams end-to-end (this is a delivery role-not a ticket-only IAM position).
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with application owners and stakeholders across the business.
  • Document current-state access provisioning processes and approval flows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver, access requests, provisioning/deprovisioning).
  • Translate business requirements into IGA design configuration (Saviynt preferred), including workflows, approvals, roles, and entitlements.
  • Drive UAT activities: create/execute test scripts, coordinate testing, track defects, and support resolution.
  • Partner with IAM, cybersecurity, and technical teams to support deployment/go-live and stabilization.
  • Support compliance and audit needs (including SOX and ISO) by assisting with evidence collection, walkthroughs, and documentation.
  • Success is measured by delivering application onboarding workstreams-owning the lifecycle from understanding current-state access, through requirements, configuration, UAT, and go-live stabilization.

What’s required?

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Information Security, or related field preferred).
  • 6 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with strong IGA delivery experience.
  • Hands-on experience with an IGA platform:
  • Saviynt (strongly preferred)
  • SailPoint (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow) acceptable
  • Other IGA tools (Oracle/IBM/etc.) acceptable with strong delivery background
  • Practical IAM/IGA expertise in:
  • Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML)
  • Access request & approval flows
  • Provisioning / deprovisioning
  • Identity governance fundamentals (roles/entitlements/access models)
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to lead stakeholder sessions and operate independently in an ambiguogreenfield environment.
  • Compliance / audit exposure (SOX ISO) and comfort supporting evidence requests and control discussions.
  • Awareness across broader IAM domains: SSO, MFA, PAM (hands-on is a plus).

  • Work model:Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite (global operations; must be comfortable supporting multiple time zones as needed) – Will need to be flexible as needed
  • Contract –1 year
  • Rate: $45-$60 an hour
