The Role

• Coach development teams to achieve sprint goals and ensure successful project progression.

• Apply Scrum principles to resolve routine problems and strengthen sustainable process improvements.

• Utilize Agile tools such as Azure DevOps to help teams accomplish Program Increment Objectives and Features.

• Directly impact the Naval environment by collaborating with clients to deliver impactful solutions.

• Grow your expertise in IT project management and Agile project management.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience supporting programs within the Department of Defense (DoD).

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies, and removing team impediments.

• Experience as an Agile project manager serving multiple teams, providing tasking and prioritization.

• Proficiency in Agile tools, including Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles, with a Secret clearance.
