Are you a passionate Scrum Master ready to empower a government team? Join us in modernizing, securing, and optimizing operations for our Navy clients, leveraging Agile best practices including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban, alongside tools like Jira and Confluence to drive successful project delivery.

The Role

• Coach and empower high-performing Agile teams, ensuring successful project delivery.

• Facilitate Agile principles and approaches, collaborating with teams and stakeholders.

• Implement sustainable process improvements using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Power Suite.

• Drive the accomplishment of sprint goals and ensure projects meet key outcomes and client expectations.

• Strengthen operational excellence for our Navy clients.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• 3+ years in software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management.

• Proven experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree.
