About The Role
The Data Entry Specialist, MI Business Operations plays a vital role within FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation’s Medical Informatics team. This position is responsible for accurately entering, validating, and maintaining data related to customer support contracts and associated assets across enterprise systems. The role involves establishing and maintaining precise relationships between serial numbers, product IDs, and contract terms to ensure seamless support, billing, and reporting processes. The specialist will perform regular audits to verify data integrity, process contract renewals, amendments, cancellations, and support the resolution of discrepancies through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail, familiarity with contract and asset hierarchies, and proficiency in enterprise data management systems are essential to success in this role. Reporting to the Manager of MI Operations, the Data Entry Specialist contributes to process improvements that enhance data quality and system integration, supporting the company’s commitment to operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in business administration, data management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data entry, contract administration, or asset management
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
- Good understanding of service support agreements, warranties, and renewal processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise data systems
- Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines
- Effective communication and organizational skills for cross-team collaboration
Responsibilities
- Enter and update support contract data within ERP, CRM, or contract management systems accurately
- Establish, link, and maintain customer assets under support contracts, ensuring correct relationships between serial numbers, product IDs, and contract terms
- Verify contract start and end dates, coverage levels, and entitlements for each asset
- Perform periodic audits of data to ensure consistency across contracts, service records, and billing systems
- Process contract renewals, amendments, cancellations, and terminations in accordance with established procedures
- Collaborate with operations teams to resolve discrepancies in asset or contract data
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records following company data governance policies
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as contract coverage and active asset counts
- Support initiatives aimed at improving data quality and system integration related to contracts and assets
- Manage and respond to email inquiries in shared mailboxes professionally and promptly
