Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Scrum Master role located in Alpharetta, GA. The Junior Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating sprint planning sessions, organizing daily stand-ups, and ensuring the successful delivery of agile projects. The role involves guiding team members in creating and maintaining user stories, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring adherence to agile practices. The candidate will work closely with software development teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution and clear communication across all parties.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sprint Planning and the ability to manage and track sprint progress effectively
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify challenges and propose solutions during the project lifecycle
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in writing and refining User Stories to align with project requirements
- Understanding of Software Development processes and practices to support the agile framework
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
