What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide first-level support for inbound interactions and requests from end users, staff, and patients
- Maintain end-to-end responsibility for user support needs, delivering timely and courteous service
- Mentor and assist with training new Customer Support Specialists
- Conduct regular queue management to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Suggest updates to the Knowledge Management databases based on customer interactions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type at least 25 words a minute
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Technical writing experience
- Innovative, team-oriented problem solver
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
