The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that our technology systems are running smoothly and efficiently, and will be the main point of contact for any IT-related issues or questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
  • Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure
  • Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security and integrity
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement system improvements
  • Train employees on new technology systems and software
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
