Advanced Swim Instructor

As an Advanced Swim Instructor, we are seeking top-quality instructors with an extensive background in Swim Team, Stroke Clinics, Military Swim Test Preparation, and Adult Swim Instruction to help excel our swimmers to the next level. This is a full-time position and a great opportunity for instructors seeking long-term growth and advancement within LowCountry Swim School (LCSS).

Job Responsibilities Include:

Provide life-saving swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities

Coach swimmers preparing for the next level of swimming, including competitive swim readiness

Lead Stroke Development Clinics and Swim Team Prep programs

Train and support swimmers preparing for Military Swim Tests, focusing on technique, endurance, and confidence

Instruct adult swimmers at all levels with individualized, goal-based training

Schedule and run monthly Mock Swim Meets to introduce swimmers to competitive swimming, meet structure, and racing skills

Qualifications:

Strong background in competitive swimming and stroke technique

Experience working with swimmers of varying ages and abilities

USA/or ASCA Preferred but not required,
