Job Description: We are seeking an experienced COBOL Developer to support and enhance existing business applications. The role involves working closely with project teams and business units, contributing to system design, production support, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities: Support and maintain existing mainframe business applications

Participate in the design and development of critical systems and services

Ensure adherence to established development standards

Collaborate with project teams and functional units on technology solutions

Provide production support and participate in on-call rotation as needed

Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and improved processes

Requirements: 10+ years of IT experience with strong application development expertise

Ability to work independently on moderate to complex projects

Strong understanding of business processes and how technology supports them

Quick learner, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
