The Role
- Ensure reporting excellence: Complete accurate and timely reports, aligning with established SOPs.
- Provide comprehensive CI Cyber support: Deliver written and technical analysis for forensic reports, CI Cyber inquiries, and recurring threat reports.
- Conduct threat detection and analysis: Detect anomalous network activity through data analysis, evaluating intrusion detection systems, event logs, and security changes to recommend countermeasures.
- Investigate malicious code: Determine attack vectors, payloads, and origins, identifying risks and proposing corrective actions for malware intrusions.
- Develop requirements and document best practices: Translate user needs into technical requirements, documenting best practices and procedures for quality assurance.
What You’ll Need
- 7+ years of hands-on Network Analysis experience.
- Proficiency in identifying, deciphering, and understanding network artifacts.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance (IA) III certification within one year of assignment.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a Polygraph.
