Job Summary And Qualifications The Business Analyst provides operational reporting and analysis support to key operational teams. The analyst serves as advisor to key leaders for monthly operational dashboards and troubleshooting existing reports and developing ad hoc reporting to meet business needs. Responsibilities include development of the monthly standard reports; compiling and analyzing statistical data; identifying trends, formulating conclusions; preparing complete and accurate financial and statistical reports per deadlines; working with multiple teams; managing multiple on-going projects and preparing presentations of findings and recommendations; preparing productivity studies; and utilization trending.
Job Summary:
- Determining and devising data collection, data interpretation, and analytical methodology for analysis purposes.
- Utilizing statistical, economic, and financial principles and techniques to prepare reports.
- Report and review of the monthly Patient Satisfaction survey results.
- Interpreting data concerning financial trends and economic and business forecasts.
- Preparing monthly operations review packages.
- Monitoring and reporting historical trends.
- Presenting analysis and results to operational leadership.
- Supporting the approval and classification for select expenses for the Accounts Payable process.
- Participate in development and detailed review of operation budgets and performance benchmarks.
- Facilitate the weekly financial projection process.
- Serve as project management for developing new and ad hoc reporting and serve asa liaisonwith developers.
- Preparing and evaluating staff and operations bonus calculations.
- Creates and supports exception-based report generation for all departments.
- Performing other related duties asrequired.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality to ensure that privileged and/or proprietary information is adequately safeguarded against disclosure.
- Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business analysis, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar analyst position preferred
- Open to new graduates from an analytics program
