Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst with 10+ years of experience supporting Sales and Revenue organizations through data-driven insights, system optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This role serves as a strategic partner to Sales, IT, and vendor teams by translating complex business and data requirements into scalable system and reporting solutions that support sales enablement, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary data and systems liaison for the Sales organization, representing sales interests across enterprise sales enablement initiatives and technology projects.
• Lead the analysis, documentation, and translation of complex business and data requirements into detailed system and functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for sales systems, providing advanced system administration support (as needed), troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and long-term solution design.
• Partner with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to enhance and scale critical sales platforms in support of new products, initiatives, and evolving business needs.
• Develop, review, and execute use cases, business scenarios, test plans, and testing strategies, ensuring high-quality system implementations and releases.
• Lead production data and reporting issue resolution, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes, including required data or code changes.
• Design and deliver standard and ad hoc sales reports and analytical insights, ensuring accurate, timely, and role-appropriate data visibility across sales applications.
• Ensure the right data is delivered to the right users at the right time, maintaining data integrity across systems, workflows, and reporting layers.
• Facilitate and actively participate in cross-functional workgroups, driving project execution, risk identification, issue mitigation, and delivery of key milestones.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business/Data Systems Analyst supporting Sales, Revenue, or Customer-facing organizations
• Strong expertise in sales data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence
• Proven experience translating business requirements into system, data, and reporting solutions
• Extensive experience in testing, validation, and root cause analysis for enterprise systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting CRM, Sales Enablement, or Revenue Operations platforms
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience working in cross-functional, enterprise-scale environments
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience
• Experience in regulated or data-intensive industries is a plus
