Location : Athens, GA

Hours/Schedule : Mon-Fri 8-5

Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Support production and site capital projects to provide quality assurance and guidance on projects.
• Act as the quality lead for OPEX and CAPEX projects supporting change controls, project documents, including facilities and utilities upgrades.
• Serves on assigned internal and external project teams (change controls, deviations, technology transfer) as a technical/compliance resource to solve quality related issues and validation discrepancies.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences of engineering
• At least five (5) years Animal/ Human Health industry knowledge in quality supporting, manufacturing, process excellence improvements, or capital projects.
• Experience with advanced problem-solving, project coordination, and steering a quality culture to deliver expected deliverables.
• Experience using quality systems and with extensive change control, discrepancy management, and equipment validation.
• Requires knowledge of vaccine products or biological manufacturing processes.
• Project experience supporting commissioning of new facilities/infrastructure and utilities is a plus.
