Location: Hazelwood, MO
Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly – $45.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking an
Electrical Design & Analysis Engineer
in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO .
++Position Responsibilities Include:++
- Develop electrical schematics and designs for cabling, test hardware, and/or test stations
- Select components for hardware designs and support the procurement and fabrication of hardware designs
- Integrate hardware systems and/or software together in a test setting
- Operate complex test stations, electronic test equipment, and test software
- Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
- Solve problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
++Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):++
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 1 years of experience testing and troubleshooting electronics and electrical systems
- Experience interpreting technical requirements to create designs and/or documents
++Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):++
- Level 3: 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 years of experience conducting component, sub-system, system or system-of-systems tests
- 1 years analyzing engineering designs to define testing requirements
- Experience preparing test plans, schedules and documentation
- Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and/or real-time operating systems
- Experience with software programming and creating scripts for automated testing
- Experience with Flight Controls or Vehicle Management Systems
