About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing workflow and business process management solutions on the Appian BPM platform. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist who can work independently or as part of a global team.

Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills

  • 7 years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM design and development

  • Appian Level 1 / Level 2 Credential preferred

  • Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate them into Appian business processes

  • Expert-level experience creating:

  • SAIL interfaces

  • Expression rules

  • Process models

  • CDTs

  • Sites

  • Integrations with external systems

  • Proficiency in building Appian Records, Reports, DB Views, Stored Procedures

  • Strong understanding of:

  • Appian Groups & Security

  • Process Design

  • Decision Tables

  • Knowledge of Appian best practices and Database best practices

  • Ability to collaborate with global teams, including business users, architects, and technical teams

  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Able to function as an independent contributor or a strong team collaborator

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and translate complex business requirements into scalable Appian solutions
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Appian applications and integrations
  • Optimize performance and ensure adherence to Appian best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Appian platform
  • Coordinate with global teams to support application lifecycle and enhancements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Appian Level 1 or Level 2 certification (preferred)
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise-level workflow systems
