Product Development Manager

Must have:
We expect our ideal candidate to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading integrated Hardware and Software product strategies, including elements like release management and field-reliability feedback, while aligning organizational priorities with customer needs. You should have at least 3 years of experience in steering multi-year product transformations for technical products, such as those involving platform modernization, cloud or hyperscaler migrations, and pricing model shifts. This includes designing operating models and ensuring executive stakeholder alignment through the governance of OKRs and KPIs. Experience working directly with hyperscalers to implement co-marketing strategies and develop advanced AI/ML solutions is essential. You should possess expertise in applying AI-based solutions to conduct user interviews, facilitate experiments, and simplify customer experiences while defining innovative monetization and growth strategies. A minimum of 2 years of post-MBA experience in devising and executing long-term product strategies, alongside an engineering background, is required. Proficiency in driving roadmap strategy and execution, along with a proven ability to lead end-to-end product delivery processes effectively, is crucial. Experience in the cloud storage and services industry is preferred. Strong analytical skills to work with product usage data and experimental results are necessary, as well as familiarity with data analysis tools like Python and Excel, and experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing frameworks.

We offer a target salary range for this role of 154,700 to 231,000 USD, contingent upon the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education.
